👋 We are hiring a Part-Time Store Manager at Stirrup, Saddle, and Tack Co. LLC!
We are looking for a trustworthy, independent leader to run our saddle and tack shop on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Because you will be running the shop independently, we need someone reliable who can confidently handle daily operations alone. If you love the equestrian lifestyle and want to run a local community staple, this is for you!
💰 Pay: $20.00 / hour
📅 Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
* Solo Shop Operations: Manage opening, closing, and daily store operations independently.
* Customer Consultation: Guide local riders to the right saddles, tack, and gear.
* Inventory & Merchandising: Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and inviting.
* Financial Management: Handle cash drawer balancing and daily sales logging.
🌟 Requirements:
* Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness to work unsupervised.
* Retail management or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
* Solid knowledge of horses, riding disciplines, and tack gear.
* Ability to safely lift and move heavy saddles or stable supplies.
